About the Role
We’re hiring a Data Engineer to build reliable pipelines, manage critical datasets, and drive better decisions through data. You’ll work across systems and teams to make data accessible, accurate, and secure.

What You’ll Do

• Structure and integrate datasets from internal and client sources.
• Build data pipelines using Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related tools.
• Conduct deep data analysis and deliver clear insights.
• Improve data quality, processes, and system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Lead and support a small team in daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing experience.
• Background in eCommerce, CRM, marketing, or inventory systems.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and large-scale data management.
• Experience with backend systems and the US market is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
